Vassena Dies unveils a world preview of the new drawing die VG402R.1, designed for high-speed wire drawing. It is equipped with an innovative pressure TITANIUM coated compass, developed according to a new criterion for the calculation of internal geometries, both of the chain and of the bush, in order to obtain a greater anchoring of the lubricant on the wire, thus reducing the friction generated during wire drawing. The result is an increased drawing speed and a significantly reduced cost incidence in the supply chain on the machining process.

In linea con questo percorso, arriva oggi un nuovo brevetto: la Vassena VG402R.2, una nuova bussola di pressione che consente una migliore aderenza del lubrificante sul filo, dell’ordine del 200%. VG402R.2 possiede una struttura in grado di ridurre il coefficiente d’attrito, il che porta con sé una maggiore velocità di trafilatura, una migliore qualità del filo trafilato e una superiore durata della filiera stessa. Tra gli altri vantaggi ci sono l’eliminazione dell’effetto candela nella cassetta porta-sapone ed un’ambiente di lavoro più salubre – un beneficio che coinvolge tutta l’azienda, dall’imprenditore, al manager, dal capofficina all’operaio.
