Technical features

Small appliance with dimensions of 400 x Ø 120 mm in which there are n. 10/20 abrasive pads, adjustable by means of screws and springs, in relation to the diameter of the wire to be cleaned. Andfixed, rotating or motorizable (supplied with bearing holder brackets), and must be positioned afterlast supply chain. Since it is modular, it is possible, to obtain afurther better cleaning of the wire, lpairing of two devices.

Superfast wire cleaning: up to 25 m/s for the new Vassena sander

Simple and cheap, does not require maintenance and is able to clean the surface of the wire at a speed that reaches 25 meters per second: this is the new one

The machinery consists of Two sanders which rotate in the opposite direction, controlled by two different motors and by an inverter to regulate the rotation speed.

Several available Abrasive cubes with multiple grain sizes, from the largest of 36 to the finest of 320, in order to meet the needs of all users.
