UVD / Vassena: a new technological process for the drawing of metals with low environmental impact, qualitative and competitive. UVD / VASSENA New application technologies for the drawing of wires, pipes, round / shapely bars for all metal materials and their alloys, for the entire production process up to the final product. The new UVD / Vassena technological developments eliminate the negative phenomena of drawing to influence the resistance of the deformation which is considerably reduced due to the decrease in the static and grazing coefficient of friction, thus the dynamic balance of the metals subjected to reduction is achieved For less hardening compared to drawing without overlapping micro vibrations.
UVD / Vassena : superimposition of low frequency micro vibrations controlled on the supply chains with the possibility of extending the technology also on the wire, pipe, bars before coming into contact with the reduction tool. The micro vibrations allow to reduce the negative stresses in drawing of the elements in contact wire / supply chains. A control system guarantees the best working conditions as the physical conditions of the plastic sliding material vary in proportion to the tensile load.
What advantages over conventional drawing:

- Better lubrication and lubricant management : the hydrodynamic property is guaranteed by the overlapping of micro vibrations. With the UVD / Vassena system, the final cleaning of the wire is facilitated. Hydrodynamic lubrication is always guaranteed.
